Charlie Reins - CEO

My Dad started Air Conditioning Contractors in 1956. After graduating from college, I joined Air Conditioning Contractors in 1974 as a project manager. I was a part of Air Conditioning Contractors' growth into a premier HVAC organization. In 1995, I sold the assets of Air Conditioning Contactors to Limbach Company and joined Limbach as a director of services in the southeast. In 2001, I formed Global Control Solutions as a manufacturer and distributor of control systems. Today Global Control Solutions is a leader in collaborating with contractors and owners to develop the most optimal system all while respecting the design intent.

Jeff Luther - Vice President

I began in the Plumbing & Heating wholesale industry as a warehouse worker, counter sales and outside sales . After learning the workings of the business, I moved to a mechanical contractor in the Ohio Valley. During the 13 years with the company I was responsible for HVAC system sales, design and installation supervision. In 1983 we had the opportunity to install some of the first DDC control systems in the country, which resulted in starting an independent controls division representing Facilitec Controls Corporation. In 1996 I was employed by Triangle MicroSystems, owners of Facilitec, and began working with Charlie as our national distributor to provide equipment and system design to our network of dealers and contractors. This relationship progressed into the present Global Control Solutions.

Chris Reins - Project Manager

I am Charlie's son. I've been working alongside him since I was a teenager learning the trade. After college, I started working for Reins & Associates in 2012. Over the years, I have worked in just about every aspect of the business from running ductwork and hanging off of ladders to office management and IT. I understand the requirement to have a variety of knowledge in various subjects to be successful in this highly-technical field. I am always learning about the newest technology and cutting-edge innovations in order to provide the customer with the best possible solution. Today, I provide technical services and consulting for Global Control Solutions while largely managing Reins & Associates with my wife and brother.
