Supervisor Controller
BASview3 is a stand-alone, embedded, web-based graphical interface for building automation and process automation systems. It can be accessed from any web browser – providing supervisory functionality to any BACnet/IP or Modbus TCP system. By using a BASrouter or BASgateway product, additional protocols such as BACnet MS/TP and Modbus RTU are supported.

BAScontrol Unitary Controllers
The BAScontrol series of unitary controllers are ideal for general purpose applications, such as controlling fan coils, heat pumps, lead-lag pump sequences, and constant volume air-handlers and RTUs. All models support BACnet/IP server operation with some models supporting BACnet/IP client functionality as well. An MS/TP model supports BACnet client/server operation over BACnet/IP or BACnet MS/TP.

Micro PC Edge Controllers
The Micro PC Edge controllers utilize technology developed for two highly popular micro PC platforms but designed for commercial applications. The BASpi series utilizes the Raspberry Pi Micro PC, while the BASiot series has much the same functionality of the Beagle Bone Black Micro PC but has a similar footprint as the Raspberry Pi. Both Micro PCs utilize similar "HAT" boards which provide input/output servicing. Both these enclosed platforms utilize similar 4M size DIN-rail enclosures powered from a 24 VAC/VDC source. Both provide BACnet client/server functionality over IP or MS/TP.

Communicating Thermostats
Our thermostats are designed for BACnet/IP over Wi-Fi or MS/TP multi-stage rooftop units and analog 4-pipe fan coil units. The BACnet-compliant wired or wireless communicating thermostats ensure effortless integration into BACnet/IP (Wi-Fi) or BACnet MS/TP (EIA-485) networks. All units require 24 VAC/VDC powering from NEC Class 2 power sources. Output relays restricted to NEC Class 2 wiring. All models accommodate NTC 3k remote temperature sensor and voltage-free occupancy sensor. LCD display can be configured for °C or °F.

Modulating Infrared Controls Upgrade
Global Controls designed and supplied the Ultravac, a private label control system for the Roberts Gordon Company. This system has been discontinued, but hundreds are installed and operating throughout the country.
The system used a modified BASYX control board (see below).
We have developed a package to replace the original controllers with our new BAScontrol BacNET platform. The package provides all boards and programming for installation into the existing control panels, and uses all existing power supplies and relay boards.

BASYX Legacy Systems
The BASYX system was manufactured by Global Control Systems from 2000 through 2020. The pandemic and associated supply chain issues made it impractical to continue this highly successful family of controls, and the product has been retired. Limited support services is available for the hundreds of installed projects around the world.
